03 Sep 13 UTC Spring, 1901: Info: This is a choose your country game.
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: again not going for Tyr?
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: We would have just bounced.
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: Damn. Like that. I knew you would try to go to Vienna and thought I could kick you out of Tyr.
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: On the other hand, I'm about to win a 3-person game on this board playing as Italy. I made deals with both England and Russia and while they fought each other, I've taken the Mediterranean and Baltics. Just need to finish in Asia Minor and I should win this year. Anon game so you can't see it.
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: Balkans, not Baltics.
03 Sep 13 UTC Spring, 1902: could you possibly send me the link?

I think all games with less than five players should be GBs, as otherwise usually happens what you just described or the opposite, so all gang up against one...
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1902: http://vdiplomacy.com/board.php?gameID=15716#gamePanel
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1902: yeah you'll win that one!
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1902: I didn't expect you to move to Marseille. Thought you would do the 3 units into Tyr again. Now I'm outnumbered once again. I think you are trying to misled me into putting everything into taking Tyrolia so I won't move my troops out to take SC's early...
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1902: noo i didnt :(
i just meant that by giving it to ke right at the beginning, you gave away a precious advantage...i did not say that everyone got to fight for it, but it actually does play a crucial role, especially for me as italy its a vulnerable spot...nevertheless, one should try to surround the enemy and gain SCs...
sorry if i explained that in a bad way :/
03 Sep 13 UTC Spring, 1903: generally i think your move to Gal was the best thing you could do...why bounce me uselessly in Tyr, you wouldn't have had it anyway and i can really harm you from there...but GAL gives you a quite good position
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1903: I don't know who you are in South America and whether I can say who I am. But, I had a poor start.
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1903: No you cant say who you are...then i guess you are either Chile or Brazil, they had the worst starts IMO
03 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1903: Oh i am so sorry...i dont want to give you such brutal defeats :(
04 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1904: Damn it. I'm so frustrated with this game. After this one, I may have to take a break. I'm losing every game I'm playing badly. I was trying to keep you from moving up to Belgium, but failed. I assumed you would attack me along my border, but instead you surprised me and tried to move east as well towards Rumania. But, you have 3 more builds yet again and I have jack shit.

I just can't figure out how to protect and conquer at the same time.
04 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1904: BTW, I'm Chile in South America and getting my ass handed to me. No possible way to take back my home SC and I have serious doubts I can attack Argentina with success. Sigh.
04 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1904: Building a army was a mistake IMO...the war between you and Bolivia is decided on the sea. Try to get Argentinia peru into the boat against Bolivia.and ..i cannot talk with you more about that as thats not allowed, sorry :-/

As for this game...as already said, im sorry about this...but its the only way to understand the game's mechanics...
:(
If you want a pause, thats okay of course, but please dont just surrender in your games, as that ruins it for the other players.
04 Sep 13 UTC Autumn, 1904: Oh, I'm staying active. Just getting frustrated at my losses piling up. I did send you an invite about another game.
04 Sep 13 UTC Spring, 1905: Its in the nature of the game...you will always lose more than you win :D
