GameMaster: France voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Good game, I made a gamble and it was the wrong decision. I don't see any way to break the Mun/Ber blockade for the foreseeable future, and even if I get Tunis as compensation it won't be enough.
