22 Jan 21 UTC | Spring, 1722: (MiraiNikkiSan): Hello there, happy to be in one of the first games of this variant |
22 Jan 21 UTC | Spring, 1722: (rk): Hi, glad to see you here What do you think about the variant at first glance? |
23 Jan 21 UTC | Spring, 1722: (MiraiNikkiSan): Just at first glance it seems ok - though I think Prussia and Sweden might be able to benefit if the neutral armies in Mek/Saxony were removed. It seems Austria/Prussia/Sweden would fight over them anyways...or it would foster greater diplomacy. Otherwise I think it's good |
23 Jan 21 UTC | Spring, 1722: (Xenon Radon): Why the name of this variant is 1772 but the timeline in 1722? :) |
23 Jan 21 UTC | Spring, 1722: (Xenon Radon): is* |
23 Jan 21 UTC | Spring, 1722: (MiraiNikkiSan): Oh yeah I didn't even catch that lol |
23 Jan 21 UTC | Spring, 1722: (rk): Yea, probably making Sweden and Prussia stronger will probably be good. And about the year, I'll fix it later since I'm not sure if changing it will crash the previous games. Hope it's not annoying or immersion breaking. |
23 Jan 21 UTC | Spring, 1722: (JohnyD): Not too many people really care. One of the Balkan maps that has the year 1850 (or something before 1878) and Bulgaria in it. Bulgaria didn't exist till 1878. It happens |
11 Feb 21 UTC | Autumn, 1726: GameMaster: Russia voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has. |
15 Feb 21 UTC | Autumn, 1727: Commonwealth could have won the game by defending Krakow. What happened? |
15 Feb 21 UTC | Autumn, 1727: Prussia and I had a deal and I decided to proceed with it. If it was ranked, I would have taken the game today, but at the same time - he wouldn't have let me become so large. |
17 Feb 21 UTC | GameMaster: Prussia voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has. |
17 Feb 21 UTC | GG, everyone! It was an interesting game. Seeing the map for the first time, I was sure Sweden is in a great starting position, but an alliance against him is so necessary that it balances out the Baltic Sea a bit. I would be very interested to play a no-messaging game (due to lack of time for the diplomatic part) on this map. |
17 Feb 21 UTC | GG. Thanks Johny D. A good commonwealth/prussian alliance seems to be unbeatable in this map. |
17 Feb 21 UTC | Yeah, but it's soooo risky. For example: Autumn, 1725 - both of us honored our deals, but if one didn't - the other would have been in a lot of trouble and in ranked match... boy do things get different. :d |
17 Feb 21 UTC | GG and thank you for play testing this variant! About Sweden I don't think they're in a good spot considering they are last in the stats, maybe this will change, but I don't know. |
17 Feb 21 UTC | The map on ranked be the real test and it's sure to be interesting. |
17 Feb 21 UTC | Gg all! |
18 Feb 21 UTC | Yea but probably need to chage it a bit to make it more balanced. |
