Autumn, 1904: I mean England and Turkey have the highest win rates on the map by a wide margin. Italy and France have a very similar performance score within .5 of each other. |

Autumn, 1904: Also, the designer should have made Gotland a center between Gulf of Bothnia and the Baltic Sea. That would make the Naval campaigns more worthwhile for Germany and Russia. |
