GameMaster: NATO voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

The thing is I was winning anyways so if we were on the same bar I would have drew but the thing is I was at an advantage even before you missed

I have to say that 13-11 isn't a huge advantage. If I had entered orders then it would be 13-12 this year.
