Ah. Wasn’t sure if we were going to continue and kick out Rann ;-) but saw the austria draw vote and didn’t want to bore everyone. Deserved it for taking Sebastopol!! But I liberated my compatriots. So all good |

I found this a very difficult variant as russia. Never was safe for one minute fighting on two fronts. Always at risk even at the end here but managed to thread the needle and inch my way to a result. |

Good game everyone. Russia you did well at holding me off. Was hoping I could make some quick gains but you stopped that. I was hoping everyone would see the threat Austria posed and would draw. I couldn't hold him forever and he had the units to gain ground against Russia. My hope was Japan was preparing to move to the Box zones and then the Atlantic. |

GG all, I didn’t have much hope taking over France |

GG! I don't usually expect to get very far when taking over for someone but this game was really fun to come back from. Thank you Russia and Turkey for a stable alliance (and for helping with China/India/Britain). I was going to try to move into the boxes this turn but we drew before that could happen. |

Gg! I’m only disappointed in the Russians. We could have pushed back Austria together. But all in all a very interesting game! We’ll played Austria! |

And Turkey well played also! |

And Russia, but I’m too disappointed to acknowledge that. :P |

gg! I was worried about getting pincered by Japan, and I didn’t want to keep fighting my longtime allies |

Apologies to Britain. It was actually a deliberate tactical choice. I thought I would almost certainly be target for austria and so I intentionally did everything I could to help against you. It seemed the only way to give him an outlet that didn’t involve swallowing me. I was worried he would get too strong but had very little choice as I saw it except to get him to spend his energies anywhere except at me |
