Italy, you might be right.
France, italy attacked Munich which cut the support Munich was providing and you were able to take over Munich because of it. Pissed me off because then I knew you pretty much had the solo wrapped up.

Huh, I can't see any record of it going back through the archived game years. Regardless, I was very fortunate to be able to solo.
