13 May 22 UTC | Spring, 1901: so... let´s start again... now 21 SCs... hehehe |
14 May 22 UTC | Spring, 1901: Yeah, so you can go for a draw and when both sides play well it will end in a draw. |
16 May 22 UTC | GameMaster: England voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has. |
16 May 22 UTC | GG. |
16 May 22 UTC | I have yet to figure out what the best victory condition is for this variant. 18 seems too little, then England has an advantage because it can reach and hold Tunis before Turkey. 21 is too much, leads to a draw quite often. Maybe 19 is. |
16 May 22 UTC | I also really do not know... 21 is almost impossible, because even if one of the sides hold both Mun and Ber (+StP and Tun), the other can create a stalemate line that is unbroken I agree that England has a small advantage in this map, but if both sides play well, it will be a draw even 18 SCs being the target |
16 May 22 UTC | in this our game now, i think i made a mistake... After i got Mar, i knew i would be losing it and so i should had move the fleet to Pie... but i did not and so needed to disband that fleet there. With fleets in Tus, Pie, Tyr and ION i could had taken Gulf of Lyons before you had units in Gas and NAf. And maybe i could have a chance to break your defensive line but it is just a "guess"... hehehe |
