Autumn, 1912: GameMaster: Germany voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

good game all. this is a strange game really. we played for 17 years. even at year 1911, there was no country defeated. congrats to england, the top of the board. france reach 10+ SCs then, but it's england that finally gets the top. well done, italy and austria. i had imagined a solo when i had 8 scs and was the top. your defense were perfect and delayed my attack.
