27 Nov 22 UTC Spring, 1901: That was quick! So, if you remember the game you can move your units to adjacent territories trying to capture other supply centers to you can build more units on your home centers.

If you have questions, just ask!
27 Nov 22 UTC Spring, 1901: Thanks.. I'm taking it all in right now! I'll explore the site for a bit.
27 Nov 22 UTC Spring, 1901: Remember that to move into a territory that is already occupied you need additional support to take it from an adjacent unit.
27 Nov 22 UTC Spring, 1902: You OK? LOL
28 Nov 22 UTC Spring, 1902: Yes all is well . Def not sure what i am doing though.. its been years since that game at your house
28 Nov 22 UTC Autumn, 1902: No problem, you’re learning. The big thing is capturing other centers so you can build more units on your home centers.
29 Nov 22 UTC Autumn, 1902: How often can you build new units.. I noticed we moved a couple times and now i can finally produce.
29 Nov 22 UTC Autumn, 1902: Ah, good question! Do the rounds are divided into a Soring round and an Autumn round. Builds happen at the conclusion of the Autumn round. Whenever you control more supply centers than your total number of units you get to build as many as you can (on your 3 home centers) to equal the number of centers you control.
30 Nov 22 UTC Autumn, 1903: What denotes a suppy center on the map? I noticed some places are blank and others have little circles. Theres also that square in the water. Do those have relevance?
30 Nov 22 UTC Autumn, 1903: Yes, the circles denote a territory that is a supply center. These are important for two reasons: 1. They allow you to build additional units when you capture them, and 2. Depending on the scenario you play reaching a specific number of these is a condition for winning. This particular variant takes 19 of these centers captured to win.

The gray areas that contain a unit do not move on their own but are supply centers. To capture these you will need at least one unit attacking and another adjacent unit to support the move to the target territory. For example in order to capture Nor you could (eventually) move to Nor with Lan and support the move from Lan to Nor with a unit in say, Sap or Hug.
30 Nov 22 UTC Autumn, 1903: The places where you see the double arrows <--> means armies can cross at these points, think of them as bridges. SO, this turn I am going to move my army in Orl to Pir where there is a gray army already, but I am going to Support that move with an adjacent unit, my fleet at BUC.
30 Nov 22 UTC Autumn, 1903: Moving units with the most support (in this case +1) win and displace the other unit.
30 Nov 22 UTC Autumn, 1903: The other thing that is special about fleets, they can convoy an army one place to another. For example, I could move Orl directly to Bri via convoy, and for my fleet in BUC I would give that fleet the order fro the dropdown to convoy an army to Bri from Orl.
30 Nov 22 UTC Autumn, 1903: Also important, you need to stay on a newly captured portal through the end of the Autumn round to officially capture it, so for example your unit on Yok would have to hold there this round (Autumn) in order for it to be counted as captured.
01 Dec 22 UTC Autumn, 1903: Gotcha! So my unit in Lan really should be on a supply center for now so i can make more units.. do you have to select hold in order for production or can you just leave it there and click ready?
01 Dec 22 UTC Spring, 1904: Had the aegean pizza .. it was amazing!
01 Dec 22 UTC Spring, 1904: The default for units is hold, so once on a new supply center as long as you’re on that territory at the end of the Autumn phase it gets you an extra unit.

The Aegean pizza is a good one!
02 Dec 22 UTC Autumn, 1904: Hey, I think you missed a round of moves. I want you to get in position somewhere where you take a territory using a supporting unit. If you go Lan to Hug and Tel to Lan you will be in position to take Nor in the following round. I'll hold all my units this round so you can catch up a bit.
04 Dec 22 UTC Autumn, 1905: Yes sorry life is getting crazy as the holidays approach! It fell off my radar.
04 Dec 22 UTC Autumn, 1905: I assumed it was turn based and not time sensitive. Seems like time moves on with or without you. Lol
