04 May 23 UTC Good game, I have to particularly commend Russia. I was really hoping to take Omsk and Orenburg as a stalemate line, then swoop south to Tehran/Shiraz to do the same, then collapse in on the rest of Asia. Russia's impressive defense of Orenburg slowed my down massively and forced me to change my strategy up. I had to commit long term so many more units to that front than I had expected.
04 May 23 UTC Congrats Steampunk! Well played.

France, if we’d be able to communicate I think we would have been able to reconcile our differences and work together to prevent Japan’s complete takeover of Indonesia. But of course this is gunboat, and we were too entangled on the other side of the map, forcing us to remain permanent enemies. I had fun fighting you in Europe & Africa, you did well to root me out.
04 May 23 UTC Yes, congratulations to Steampunk for a well played game. I was vaguely paying attention to what was going on in Asia, but by the time I realized how dire the problem really is, it was a bit too late for anything to be done.
04 May 23 UTC GG! Thanks for the compliments Japan, and well played!

Same France, the runaway changed from Britain to Japan really quickly, and by that point I couldn't do much but hold a stalemate line anyway. I wish I'd helped Britain out of India earlier, but I don't know how much of a difference that would've made. Maybe we could've made some progress against Japan, but he still would've had SE Asia and Africa to munch on.

Also thanks to Turkey for being a reliable ally since I took over (and for the help back into Warsaw). I'd like to think we worked well together!
