17 Mar 23 UTC	Autumn, 1974: Tasmania is weird as hell in comms and makes 0 sense. Not to mention their weird moves. Victoria seems to have clue what they doing. Western Aussies also seem to have little idea on what they doing. South Australia seems like a new player, but they arent ad bad ad the other 3. That leaves me, NZ, Queensland, and Indonesia as the 4 who are actual capable players.
