| 14 Mar 23 UTC | Autumn, 1901: Not likely to happen. Some of us save moves but are still conducting diplomacy and may change them. The games only in the second turn on one day phases. Maybe in retreats or builds but I have 0 plans to finalize during a diplomacy phase, especially this early. |
