GameMaster: Italy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

you play quite well; I think that opening is just too slow. It seems interesting those convoys but the advantage you get doesn t seem strong enough compare to what you would get from being quickly active in the Mediterranee. I hope it helps, thank you for the game.
