14 May 23 UTC Spring, 1800: (Synarus): He was actually slightly above average height for the time.
15 May 23 UTC Spring, 1800: (CoolSammyM): lol
21 May 23 UTC Spring, 1800: Gg to all
22 May 23 UTC Autumn, 1800: Wow. Literally nothing happened this turn
22 May 23 UTC Autumn, 1800: Yeah I guess you had a triple bounce huh lol
22 May 23 UTC Autumn, 1800: the fact that this map has no neutrals really bugs me
22 May 23 UTC Autumn, 1800: also minorca is pink
22 May 23 UTC Autumn, 1800: It can make the game more interesting. Diplomacy and skill in your moves mean more. And the only way to gain is by beating your opponents. It can be fun but also very frustrating.
22 May 23 UTC Autumn, 1800: Also, irs because the British Owned the Island of Minorca from 1700 to 1802. Hence why its pink. A neat little historical detail I'd say.
22 May 23 UTC Autumn, 1800: There are 100 maps that have neutral SCs, this is like one of 5 that dont. It is interesting to have a zero-sum game, you cant grow without pissing someone off.
23 May 23 UTC Autumn, 1800: I do love this map but its also one of the worst for having no nuetral SCs because some people start with more than others
23 May 23 UTC Autumn, 1800: That should be self correcting, because smaller powers should gang up on bigger powers. In a gunboat game, agreed this map is almost unplayable.
24 May 23 UTC Autumn, 1800: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
24 May 23 UTC Autumn, 1800: True but if larger powers team up that can be even worse for example prussia would get destroyed if russia and austria teamed up
25 May 23 UTC Spring, 1801: Wow things really changed this year
27 May 23 UTC Spring, 1801: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
10 Jun 23 UTC Autumn, 1803: GameMaster: Siagas has taken over Prussia replacing "pragmatist". Reconsider your alliances.
10 Jun 23 UTC Autumn, 1803: GameMaster: Siegmar Bruggen has taken over France replacing "Quandale Dinglarious Dingleton". Reconsider your alliances.
10 Jun 23 UTC Autumn, 1803: Here to keep the game moving for everyone. Actually this was the first map of Diplomacy I ever played on. I was Sweden and got smoked. Best of luck to everyone!
11 Jun 23 UTC Autumn, 1803: Remember, I'm not truly gone until all my territories are of a different color.
