14 Nov 23 UTC | GG wp everyone, fun game. USSR put up a great defense in the east. I thought I had you early on but you battled back and made it a stalemate. At the gates of Moscow but unable to advance, definitely well played. Italy, why did you go to Slovakia in spring of 43? We had such a nice thing going! I thought we could restore the relationship by exchanging support holds between Rum/Bul and pulling my unit out of Slovenia when I had a shot to take dots. Alas, it was not to be. I think we could've beaten France had we not started infighting. Still, fun game and definitely funny to see Italy owning 0 of their starting dots but still fighting on! I appreciated the flexibility of French diplo. I think you got the message I was trying to send when blowing up Munich, we both had other issues to deal with and I couldn't win on all fronts. That 5 year humanitarian pause kept me in the game, even if in a much reduced position. Germany, sorry for the immediate stab, had to expand somewhere. I kept East Prussia untouched in memory of your color! |
14 Nov 23 UTC | I went to Slovakia by mistake since I wanted to go to Slovenia. The next turn I thought you would understand that it was a mistake in order and I retreated, but you still came against me and we let France grow |
14 Nov 23 UTC | Spain I did not understand the reason for your betrayal. You could have advanced on France and you knew you were safe with me and you preferred to fight against both of them. |
14 Nov 23 UTC | Ah, I should've recognized that you were trying to move back to Hungary in F43 and S44. I never thought Slovenia was a mistake to begin with! |
14 Nov 23 UTC | GG. I probably made some mistakes, but overall I liked it |
15 Nov 23 UTC | Gg. I ruined it for myself by misordering the fleet build in Stalingrad instead of arkhangelsk in winter of ‘47. Would have been able to hold the French for longer had it been built up north. |
15 Nov 23 UTC | I was wondering why that build was a fleet, makes sense it was intended for the north. Pretty funny to see Spain in Stalingrad |
