GameMaster: NATO voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

that was cool, your biggest mistake was letting LENIN take SWEDEN, it's kinda stupid, but for balance, NORTH SEA can actually move into SWEDEN, as you can see that's how i bounced you. That just allows you to basically stalemate the norther european front, because if you don't soviet union steamrols.
