12 Feb 17 UTC Spring, 1901: Captainmeme (Moderator): Countries have been swapped on this one, and you're good to go. Apologies for the delay.
21 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 1907: GameMaster: Italy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
08 May 17 UTC Gratz bozo. You win the tournament with two wins!

I kind of figured it was Russia going for the win and had hoped that France knew it and would support hold Liverpool too. But I guess it was just a matter of time before he broke through considering Turkey clearly didn't see the threat despite Russia being in Tyrolia. I guess Turkey thought England (me) was holding his own. That's the challenge of Fog of War. :-)

Good game and good tournament everyone!
08 May 17 UTC Actually, I considered attacking Russia a few times, but as you can see, he had the supports necessary to stop any attack. All I could do was hope he was having trouble on a different front. I knew Austria and Italy were not threatening him, but would also be no help in stopping him. As far as I knew (until I got into GoL) France or England could have been winning the game. I could not have stopped the win, even putting a unit in ARM. Once again, great win for Bozo
08 May 17 UTC I agree. You had no way of seeing just had far north he was, but being in Tyo should have said something about his growth.
08 May 17 UTC I had a fleet in Ven at the time he moved there. I tried to see if I could get an advantage after that, but his supports were visible.. He set himself up perfect while I was dealing with other neighbors. Well deserved victory
09 May 17 UTC I tried signaling several times a willingness to move on Russia, but you apparently didn't notice. Then when you attacked me, I tried to signal to Russia a willingness to support him against you, but he didn't need that support. Frustrating game hanging around as Austria so long with so few options and a pretty solid suspicion Russia was a solo threat from fairly early on.
