31 May 17 UTC | Spring, 1861: Greetings all. I would like to open up negotiations. Russia - The Yellow Sea should be a DMZ and I'm sure China will agree with me. I will move into the Sea of Japan as I intend to take Fusan or Sakhalin. I hope we can have a good and peaceful relationship. China - I won't take sides in the inevitable Russia China dispute yet as I will focus on the Pacific. I also hope to have a peaceful relationship with you. Holland - You will inevitably become a major power in this region. I believe we should ally and split the Pacific between us. I intend to go for the Philippines. Britain - Good luck with Hong Kong. |
31 May 17 UTC | Spring, 1861: Good Luck All, I'm open to any and all alliances. If you want to work with me, support one of my units. I will see and take note of any support, even if the support doesn't work. France |

Not doing so would only delay both our progress. Me Romania, you Baku? Japan: Gotcha. |
