22 Jul 17 UTC | Autumn, 1902: Just letting everyone know that Russia and Turkey did not bounce in the Black Sea (Turkey lied to me about that) and that Turkey helped Russia into Rumania. Also I can't see, but it there is a Russian army in Rumania that came form Sevastopol and a fleet in the Black Sea that as far as I can tell must be Russian unless there original fleet is in Armenia, a something I doubt could be the situation, because that would mean that the Turk would have a Fleet in the Black Sea an Army in Bulgaria an Army in Constantinople and the new Fleet he built in Smyrna (Italy can attest to that last point) leaving Ankara open, of course if that is the Truth it is even scarier then it already is. If on the other hand Russia had his Fleet in Black Sea then Turkey would most likely have his Fleet in Constantinople and an Army in Ankara. Anyway this all serves to make me fear a strong Juggernaut alliance. Just something to think about for the western powers. Also I think that there might be a possibility of the Russian southern Fleet being disbanded, that possibility makes things even worse. Of course that would be impossible if England in fact did not get build as France told me. |
