Autumn, 2020: GameMaster: DRC voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Madagascar- glad you were able to see me playing for the draw and didn’t advance in the South
Morocco- you kept that going way too long and became a waste of time, if you really feel that much better about the solo then good for you

Gunboat already gives the two corner nations advantages. Madagascar acknowledged that and was ok with a draw you were just being selfish Morroco.
