25 Dec 23 UTC | Spring, 2012: GameMaster: Mexico voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has. |
29 Dec 23 UTC | Autumn, 2014: GameMaster: Florida voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat. |
29 Dec 23 UTC | Autumn, 2014: GameMaster: California voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat. |
11 Jan 24 UTC | Well played California - especially as you voted to concede less than 2 weeks ago. Florida - you were a great ally until you rather optimistically went for the solo. Don't blame you for trying though! |
11 Jan 24 UTC | Well |
11 Jan 24 UTC | ... I see Florida voting concede and click also the same... but unvote suddenly. |
11 Jan 24 UTC | I'm really satisfied: look at my position at Spring 2001!!! Though I gonna last 2 more turns... GG all |
11 Jan 24 UTC | Congratulations, California! Really well played throughout to come back from such adversity as you faced early on, and a well deserved victory. I flew too close to the sun and got burned… glad to hear that there are no hard feelings from New York, I agree that we were a great alliance until I made my play - as you said, rather optimistically. Peru, you were very quick to respond to changes in the landscape, I appreciated how quickly our conflicts ended both times, first to work together against Mexico and second against California. Mexico… I hadn’t planned on attacking you, but you just kept stealing my unprotected centers every time I turned away. Eventually I had enough. |
11 Jan 24 UTC | Made the silly mistake of trying to jump both Quebec and NY at the same time, unfortunately that fucked up the game for all three of us |
11 Jan 24 UTC | Well done California! I've been checking this game from time to time and I was quite surprised how were things developing here. Unfortunately not a best game for me but playing for states with central starting position in this map is so difficult and it requires lot of luck. Good game though! |
12 Jan 24 UTC | Well done, California! Sorry for attacking you, Florida. That was definitely a mistake on my part and I underestimated my own vulnerability through the Gulf of Mexico. It ended up paying off for you, though. |
12 Jan 24 UTC | @Heartland, I did think we had an understanding at first! I was doomed early on, just stuck around through dumb luck - and then was eliminated on luck when my builds didn't go through. Good game, all! |
