08 Jan 24 UTC	yeah bit surprised too, thought we should have killed off Italy at least, but given the tough fight against Egypt, and a potential stab by Poland, there was nothing else for it from my perspective. Turkey's early attack on Sebastopol rly caught me by surprise and forced me to fight defensively for pretty much the entire game, and forced me to cede all of Balkans to Italy; luckily France came to my rescue before Italy tried to move further, then France got stabbed by Spain before they became a threat to me as well; meanwhile Turkey got distracted by trying to attack Russia, allowing me the space to come back and kill them both. Am glad for the gamelong understanding with Poland, although I was wondering how long that would last.

I wanted to eliminate Italy too before the draw, but majority of the players had already voted for it and it appeared that Britian was starting to attacking me, perhaps to encourage me to submit my vote as well. It was great working eith you Ukraine. I knew you were more useful to me alive than dead. As long as you were holding Egypt to the south I was going to not stab you.
08 Jan 24 UTC	I feared being eliminated from the start, crushed between Italy and Türkiye. the Spanish intervention took my mind off things and I was able to concentrate on Türkiye. I thought I could also counter Ukraine but the Polish intervention made me tremble. at that moment I realized that I was the only one who didn't tie
08 Jan 24 UTC	I would probably have gotten to iran first and not needed Polish assistance, were it not for the rogue russian unit slipping into my SC and ruining my push south. Basically the only time in the game where I tried to go on offensive failed badly
