New World 1650 Playtest Recruiting Players

Can you see who all the users you have blocked in one place?

Reason for asking, I would like to join a divided states game that is nearing full, but someone in the game has me blocked, or I have someone in the game blocked. I just want to make sure it's not my fault that I can't join the game, even though I don't think I have ever blocked someone. If you could help my situation I'd be very thankful.

The Aussies have let me down

I just discovered that there is a town in Australia called Texas. Furthermore, because it is on a state border, there are in fact two. And most importantly, Peter Sherwin was from Texas, Qld/NSW. So Australia's greatest cattle baron and largest private owner of ranchland was from Texas.

Convoys with +2 strength variant?

Would a Classic variant with this change (i.e. armies convoyed to a place bringing an attack power of 2 units) be interesting? A convoy involving more than one ship wouldn't have the attack power stack, by the way. If a variant already exists with this property, what is it?

If he starts the games and conceeds, go ahead and switch positions. If he does not start the games, he has to be removed from the ladder and everyone moves up. He can add himself to the bottom anytime.

YCHTT - to my understanding, joining any time is fine, just add yourself to the bottom and challenge someone in range, like you've done.
With phase length, the default length if players cannot come to an agreement is 36h. If someone challenges you to a live game, you'd be entirely able to say "I accept your challenge, but do not agree to the turn length" and make games with 36h turns.

(note: that's just my understanding of the rules, you'll have to wait for Devonian for the official interpretation)

Here, as a reply, I will post a link to the new game for people who want to join it new, and for those specific people who were in the original before time expired

If you are in the next game and time runs out and not enough people joined, then I will make yet another one, and just return here to continue joining it if the pre-game time ever runs out again
